University of Utah ITE Student Chapter is Looking for Funding Opportunities through Data Collection

The University of Utah ITE Student Chapter is looking to increase their funding and offering to do data collection, including vehicle, pedestrian, bicyclist or parking counts for companies and agencies that need this type of data. Any donations to the student chapter will be used for students’ professional support and development, ITE conference attendance, and bringing opportunities to the student members of ITE. The U of U ITE Student Chapter has more than doubled their membership over the previous year, and significantly increased their presence and activities. The opportunity to help companies with their projects through data collection will also be a great opportunity for students to learn and gain experience with transportation projects. With any opportunities for students participation in project data collection, please contact Ivana Tasic at ivanat@trafficlab.utah.edu.
